Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £4.95 for orders under £75 or free if you spend £75 or more.
Standard UK delivery will be dispatched within 48hrs (subject to availability). Standard UK deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail using a tracked service; a signature is NOT required upon delivery. Orders can be expected to arrive in 3 - 8 working days. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise your order will be awaiting collection at your local post office.
During busy periods delays may occur. If an item is not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delay. In the event that an item is sold out and your order is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you via email, providing you with the option of back order, exchange or cancellation.
Our delivery service covers most UK residential addresses with individual postcodes. Caravan parks, camp sites, holiday homes and PO boxes are excluded.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is £8 and guaranteed to arrive before 1pm with Royal Mail. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day. If we are unable to fulfill your order on a Next Day Delivery service we will contact you immediately.
European and International Delivery
European delivery is £8 and international delivery is £15.
We deliver to anywhere in the world, except BFPO addresses and countries where we cannot guarantee the status of recipients.
Deliveries to European or international countries can take up to 2 weeks. European and international deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail, who will partner with the local service in each country to deliver. All European and international orders are tracked and do not require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise your order will be awaiting collection at your local post office.
Periodically your local customs may hold deliveries for periods up to 3 weeks before the parcel is released for delivery to you. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Any duties or taxes incurred with international orders are the responsibilities of the customer.
All orders are tracked and scanned at the point of delivery, requiring someone to be available to accept your parcel. If you are not available when Royal Mail attempt delivery, a calling card will be left to notify you and your parcel will be taken back to your local post office depot for you to collect or arrange for re-delivery.
No responsibility will be taken for lost or stolen parcels.
UK & International Returns
If you wish to return an item from your order, you must do so within 28 days from the date of purchase. If you are ordering from the UK there will be a Freepost returns slip included in your order. Please use this to post the item(s) back to us. Non-faulty items being returned from outside the UK – excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland – are returned at the customer’s expense and risk. We recommend in all cases you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel should go missing.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If you have received a damaged item, you must return it to us before we can replace it or refund you.
In order to exchange an item, you must return it in saleable condition within 28 days of purchase. Feel free to use the Free Postage slip included in your order. Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them so please ensure you obtain proof of posting and use an insured delivery service.
If we receive your item outside the 28 day period, or if the product does not reach us in saleable condition, a voucher for all or part of the purchase price may be issued at the discretion of Trotters, redeemable within thirty days although we are not obliged to do so.
It can take us up to 21 working days (though often more quickly) to process a return, especially during busy times – longer if you don’t notify us in advance that you are returning the item.
If you have received one of our products as a gift and it does not fit or it is faulty or damaged, we can only refund the original purchaser who will be informed.
If you choose to exchange an item that is faulty or damaged, we cannot always prevent the original purchaser from knowing.
