Last night at 8 pm GMT we all paid tribute to our heroes, the amazing team that we literally trust with our lives, the NHS (National Health Service) and other support services.

We all stood by our doors, windows and balconies to clap, cheer and celebrate those heroic men and women as they work tirelessly, helping to protect our communities.

It was an incredible moment, as we stood in the darkness, listening to the sound reverberating around us, with neighbours and the entire nation uniting to show thanks and support.
