The Brompton Fountain is the dedicated children’s charity at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals. They work hand in hand with specialist medical teams across intensive care, high dependency, outpatient, and ward settings — as well as playrooms, hospital schools, and family spaces.

Their support goes far beyond what the NHS can provide: from vital medical equipment and family accommodation to emotional support and everyday essentials for children facing long and often repeated stays in hospital. Many of these young patients live with life-limiting conditions, and The Brompton Fountain is there for them every step of the way — from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.
