With Joe Wicks shocking the nation by adding freezing cold ice baths to his daily routine, the benefits of cold water swimming range from boosting your immune system and improving circulation to reducing stress. Our very own Founder and Creative Director, Sophie Mirman, is also known to regularly enjoy the fresh waters of the Serpentine since supporting her daughter Victoria in her efforts to swim across the English Channel when she was just 15. With this in mind we thought it might be nice to introduce our audience to the story Gertrude Ederle.
