Virtual Personal Shopping

While our physical Stores may be closed, our Virtual Personal Shopping service, otherwise known as Call & Collect is at your service and brings our in-Store items to you in the comfort of your own home. Whether you need some new school shoes, socks or tights, or need help with purchasing some summer clothing, or a birthday gift, we can connect you with one of our helpful Personal Shoppers today.

Don’t forget that you can also place Click & Collect orders via our website.

 

How Does It Work?

1. Select from the Store list below to email one of our in-store experts.

2. From there, we will contact you on whichever platform you prefer – think email, video calling and more. Of course, a traditional phone call is always welcome, too.

3. Discuss your order – if you don’t have a specific product in mind, we will help you find what you’re looking for.

4. Once you’ve made your selection, let us know when you will be collecting the items & we will have them ready for you.

5. When you arrive to the Store press the doorbell & our in-store expert will help you to finish the transaction.

Please note, items will need to be collected from the Store and payment made by card.

Our opening hours this week are 10am-6pm, 7 days a week.
