Beautiful packaging looks stunning.

I ordered jellycats as a gift and paid for the gift wrapping. The bag was torn, the to / from label was creased, the bag was dented and scuffed from where it had been rattling around the larger box and not only that the jellycats could be seen from the top. No effort was made to conceal what they were. I paid for gift wrap this time was because my last order was just left to bash around in an empty box. Because this order was a gift, I wanted them to arrive in better condition than my previous order. Given the condition the gift bag arrived in, there’s no way I can give this as a gift and will now have to buy my own gift wrapping and do it myself!

We requested a note with our item which we paid extra for and wish we hadn’t as thought it would be printed but instead looked like it had been scribbled onto writting didn’t fit correctly on the piece of card used so looked messy

Beautifully presented product, the gift wrapping provided was perfect. Delivery was fast, the order was east to place and the website good to navigate.
