The gift wrapping was exceptional. Unfortunately I must have done something wrong on the ordering, I wanted a gift card typed it out but it never arrived with the gift. I contacted and spoke to Tracey online chat and she has sorted this out for me and is going to send the card to our granddaughter so she can keep it.
