This style runs true to size. Perfect for an E/F width fitting. For a wider foot, we would recommend going up 1 size. For a narrower fitting we would recommend an insole but please remember and insole takes away width, not length. Children with a high instep might find our Evie School Shoe a better fit.

I am a nurse and while most of my colleagues prefer to wear sneakers at work I have always found "school shoes" more supportive and comfortable. I am so glad to have discovered Trotters and happy that they make shoes in my size (EU38) and ship to Australia for a very reasonable price. The Emily mary janes are super lightweight and comfortable from the very first wearing. I particularly like that the width is slim (ideal for my narrow feet) but the toe box is still roomy. I will probably buy another pair in brown and if they came in more colours like burgundy or olive I would get them too!
These shoes are my go to school shoes. My little one finds then light and comfortable with no breaking needed.
I always take these pairs of shoes for my girls, they are of great quality!
